Contact & interest data: name, email address, phone number (optional), company/gym name (optional), and any message or details you submit through the Contact form, demo request form, or “Join List” / waitlist form.
Any other information you voluntarily provide in communications with us.

B. Automatically Collected Information

Device & network data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, approximate location (derived from IP), pages visited, time and date of access, referring/exit pages, and similar usage data.
Cookies & similar technologies: We use essential cookies for site functionality (e.g., session management) and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the Site. You can manage preferences via your browser settings.

We do not currently collect sensitive personal data (e.g., precise geolocation, health data, financial data) through the Site.

Email your request to privacy@nattytap.com with “Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line. Include enough detail for us to verify your identity (e.g., name and email used on the Site). We will respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days if reasonably necessary).

We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.

Email sign-up / waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Analytics and server logs are retained for up to 24 months (or longer if required for security or legal reasons).
