A. Information You Provide Directly
- Contact & interest data: name, email address, phone number (optional), company/gym name (optional), and any message or details you submit through the Contact form, demo request form, or “Join List” / waitlist form.
- Any other information you voluntarily provide in communications with us.
B. Automatically Collected Information
- Device & network data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, approximate location (derived from IP), pages visited, time and date of access, referring/exit pages, and similar usage data.
- Cookies & similar technologies: We use essential cookies for site functionality (e.g., session management) and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the Site. You can manage preferences via your browser settings.
We do not currently collect sensitive personal data (e.g., precise geolocation, health data, financial data) through the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries, send launch updates, or provide information about NattyTap (e.g., via the waitlist or contact form)
- To operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Site

How to exercise your rights
Email your request to privacy@nattytap.com with “Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line. Include enough detail for us to verify your identity (e.g., name and email used on the Site). We will respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days if reasonably necessary).
We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.
- Email sign-up / waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Analytics and server logs are retained for up to 24 months (or longer if required for security or legal reasons).
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Users
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
